Client Reflections
Therapy is private by nature. Some former clients choose to share a reflection on their experience—not as a recommendation, but as a way to help others understand what trauma-informed therapy can feel like.
All reflections shared here are posted with written consent, and identifying details are removed or altered to protect privacy. Client reflections describe individual experiences and are not a guarantee of specific outcomes. Results vary.
A Note on Privacy & Choice
Reflections are never requested during active therapy
Participation is completely optional
Reflections may be lightly edited for clarity while preserving the client’s voice
Consent may be withdrawn at any time
Choosing not to share has no impact on care, records, or future services
Your healing does not need to be public to be meaningful.
