Some people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in painful relationship patterns, emotionally exhausted from parenting, or carrying trauma that still feels present in their daily lives. Others arrive feeling disconnected from themselves, their partner, or the life they thought they would have by now.

Jennifer works with adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship stress, grief, life transitions, ADHD, family conflict, and perinatal mental health concerns. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should feel supportive and adaptive to the person sitting in the room—not rigid or one-size-fits-all.

Jennifer is trained in EMDR therapy and has extensive experience helping clients process traumatic experiences, attachment wounds, and relational pain that continue to impact the nervous system long after the events themselves have passed. She integrates trauma-informed approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT-informed skills, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-focused work, mindfulness, and family systems approaches depending on each client’s needs.

She is especially passionate about supporting individuals and couples through the transition into parenthood, infertility struggles, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, identity shifts, and the emotional complexity that can accompany caregiving and family life. As a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) clinician, Jennifer understands that many parents silently carry anxiety, shame, grief, overwhelm, or a sense that they are “failing” despite doing everything they can to hold things together.

Jennifer also enjoys helping couples improve communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and better understand the emotional patterns that keep them feeling disconnected from one another. Her style is compassionate, direct, and relational, helping clients build insight while also creating meaningful change in daily life.

She works with adults, couples and offers both in-person therapy in Chandler and telehealth sessions for clients located in Arizona.
