Finding the Right Support Can Make All the Difference

Seeking therapy is often the first step toward creating meaningful change, even if you're not exactly sure where to begin. You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling in your relationships, adjusting to becoming a parent, grieving a loss, or finding it difficult to move forward after painful experiences. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to navigate it on your own.

I work with adults and couples to better understand the challenges they're facing while building on the strengths they already have. My approach is collaborative and individualized because I believe therapy should be adapted to the person, not the other way around. Together, we'll identify your goals, gain insight into the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward creating lasting change.

Areas I Help With

I work with adults and couples experiencing:

  • Trauma & PTSD
  • Anxiety and chronic stress
  • Relationship challenges
  • Couples therapy
  • ADHD
  • Family conflict and estrangement
  • Depression
  • Pregnancy, postpartum, and perinatal mental health
  • Infertility and the transition to parenthood
  • Grief and loss
  • Self-esteem
  • Life transitions
  • Attachment and relational trauma

My Approach to Therapy

I don't believe there's one "right" way to do therapy because every person brings a different story, different strengths, and different goals.

I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring difficult experiences without judgment. My role is to help you gain insight into what's happening, develop practical ways of responding to life's challenges, and support you as you move toward the life and relationships you want.

I'm trained in EMDR therapy and have extensive experience helping clients work through trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, and relationship concerns. Depending on your needs, I may also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT-informed skills, attachment-based therapy, family systems approaches, mindfulness, and Gottman Method interventions for couples.

Supporting Parents Through Every Stage

One area I'm especially passionate about is supporting individuals and couples through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and the many transitions that come with becoming—and being—a parent.

As a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) clinician, I understand that this season of life can bring joy, uncertainty, grief, anxiety, identity shifts, and unexpected challenges. Many parents quietly wonder if they're doing enough or question whether they're handling everything the way they "should."

You don't have to carry those thoughts alone. Therapy can provide a place to process those experiences, strengthen your support system, and reconnect with yourself during a season that often asks so much of you.

Couples Therapy

Relationships naturally go through seasons of change. Sometimes those changes bring couples closer together. Other times they create distance, misunderstandings, or patterns that are difficult to break without support.

I enjoy working with couples at every stage of their relationship. Whether you're navigating communication difficulties, rebuilding trust, adjusting to a new chapter of life, or feeling disconnected from one another, we'll work together to better understand the dynamics in your relationship and develop healthier ways of communicating and connecting.

Is Therapy With Me the Right Fit?

If you're looking for a therapist who values collaboration, curiosity, and creating a space where you can feel understood, I'd be honored to work with you.

Whether you're coming to therapy as an individual or as part of a couple, my goal is to help you gain insight, build on your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more connected, balanced, and fulfilling.
