Options & Investment in Care
Seeking therapy is a meaningful step, and understanding the financial side helps you decide what feels sustainable. My goal is to keep pricing transparent and predictable so you can focus on your work, not surprises.
Therapy is an investment in your nervous system, emotional health, and long-term wellbeing. Services are trauma-focused, thoughtfully paced, and grounded in ethical, evidence-based care.
All services are provided on a private-pay basis. This allows treatment to stay individualized, confidential, and not dictated by insurance limitations or diagnoses required for coverage.
You may choose to submit out-of-network claims to your insurance provider if your plan offers reimbursement. See our FAQ page for more information.
Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged. Group registrations require advance payment to reserve placement. Supervision fees are non-refundable once the session is held.
Individual Therapy Sessions
Ketamine-Assisted EMDR Therapy™ (KA-EMDR™)
Ketamine-Assisted EMDR Therapy™ (KA-EMDR™) is an advanced, integrative approach that combines EMDR therapy with ketamine to support emotional flexibility, trauma processing, and nervous-system regulation. These sessions are longer in duration and involve additional preparation, clinical monitoring, and post-session integration.
Session Rates:
- KA-EMDR™ Session (90–minutes): $395
KA-EMDR™ Session (120–minutes): $495
KA-EMDR™ sessions include extended therapeutic time, advanced clinical oversight, and integration support. Ketamine medication and prescribing services are coordinated separately and are not included in this fee.
Ketamine-Assisted EMDR Therapy™ (KA-EMDR™) is a trademarked therapeutic approach developed by the Ketamine-Assisted EMDR Therapy™ Institute . Use of the term reflects specialized training and adherence to the model.
EMDR Intensives
EMDR intensives offer a concentrated alternative to weekly therapy for individuals seeking deeper trauma work within a shorter time frame. This format allows for extended processing, careful pacing, and individualized treatment planning—without the interruptions of weekly scheduling.
Each intensive is structured to support preparation, processing, and integration in a nervous-system-informed and clinically sound manner.
What’s Included in Every Intensive:
- 1-hour pre-intensive session which includes assessment, readiness evaluation, history review, resourcing, and treatment planning
- EMDR processing sessions - conducted in one to three 3-hour blocks, depending on program selection (Breaks are built in to support regulation and integration)
- 1-hour post-intensive integration session which includes stabilization, reflection, nervous-system support, and next-step planning
- Additional clinical preparation, case formulation, and integration support outside of session time

Group Counseling
Psychoeducational & Skills-Based Groups
(6–8 participants, 60–120 minutes)
$60 per person, per hour.
These groups focus on nervous system regulation, trauma education, coping skills, and relational growth. These groups are educational and skills-focused. They are not trauma-processing groups.
Psychotherapy Process Groups
(6–8 participants, 60–120 minutes)
$85 per person, per hour.
Process groups offer the depth of therapy with the added benefit of shared experience and real-time relational insight. Change often happens more efficiently because you’re not only talking about relational patterns — you’re practicing new ones in a safe, guided environment.
Group EMDR (Including GTEP)
(6–8 participants, 120 minutes)
$240 per participant (2-Hour Session)
This group utilizes the Group Traumatic Episode Protocol (GTEP), a structured EMDR-based approach designed to help process recent or cumulative traumatic experiences within a contained and professionally guided format.
Because trauma processing requires safety, pacing, and clinical containment, participation includes a brief screening to ensure appropriateness. Group size is intentionally limited to support depth and regulation.
This is not a general support group. It is structured trauma processing.
Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is provided for associate-level clinicians working toward independent licensure in Arizona.
As an AZBBHE-approved Clinical Supervisor, supervision includes:
- Case conceptualization
- Trauma-informed treatment planning
- Ethical decision-making
- Professional identity development
- Clinical documentation review
Individual Supervision (60-minutes)
$150 per session
Group Supervision (60-minutes)
$75 per clinician per hour.
Group supervision is limited in size to ensure meaningful participation and clinical depth.
Professional Services & Administrative Time
Your session fee covers the therapy appointment and routine documentation associated with that visit.
At times, you may request or require services outside of a scheduled session (for example: letters, coordination with other professionals, extended communication, or administrative or legal involvement). When applicable, these services are billed separately.
Any service that may result in an additional charge will be discussed with you in advance whenever possible so you can decide whether you would like to proceed.
