Clinical Supervision & Consultation

Supportive, ethical, and developmentally-informed supervision for clinicians at every stage of growth.

Clinical supervision is more than a requirement—it’s a critical space for learning, reflection, and professional identity development. I offer supervision and consultation grounded in clinical integrity, trauma-informed care, and a deep respect for the responsibility clinicians carry.

I am an approved Clinical Supervisor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and provide supervision that meets Board requirements while prioritizing support, clarity, and sustainability.

My Supervision Model

My supervision approach is grounded in a developmental supervision model, widely recognized as the most supportive framework for clinician growth. This model acknowledges that clinicians evolve over time and that supervision should adapt to your level of experience, confidence, and clinical complexity.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all or purely evaluative approach, supervision is tailored to:

  • Your current developmental stage

  • Your clinical strengths and growth areas

  • The populations and presentations you serve

This model emphasizes support, guidance, and skill-building, while maintaining clear ethical standards and accountability. As competence and confidence increase, supervision naturally shifts toward greater autonomy and independent clinical decision-making.

Supervision Style

My supervision style is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded. I view supervision as a space for curiosity and learning—not performance or perfection.

You can expect supervision that:

  • Welcomes questions and uncertainty

  • Explores mistakes without shame

  • Strengthens clinical reasoning and case conceptualization

  • Supports nervous-system regulation for clinicians doing trauma work

  • Balances encouragement with ethical responsibility

Supervision sessions are structured yet flexible, practical yet reflective, and always focused on helping you become a confident, thoughtful, and sustainable clinician.

Who I Work With

Supervision and consultation are available for:

  • Pre-licensed and associate-level clinicians

  • Licensed clinicians seeking consultation

  • Trauma-focused therapists

  • EMDR clinicians and those integrating trauma-informed approaches

  • Clinicians seeking a supportive, non-hierarchical supervision relationship

Both individual and group supervision options are available.

Supervision & Consultation Fees

Rates are intentionally structured to remain accessible while honoring the preparation, responsibility, and professional accountability involved in supervision.

  • Individual Supervision / Consultation (60 minutes): $150

  • Group Supervision / Consultation (60 minutes): $75 per person

Group sizes are intentionally limited to support meaningful discussion, collaboration, and depth of learning.

What Supervision Focuses On

Supervision and consultation may include:

  • Case conceptualization and treatment planning

  • Trauma-informed and EMDR-informed practice

  • Ethical decision-making and risk management

  • Documentation and board compliance support

  • Professional identity development

  • Burnout prevention and sustainability

  • Navigating difficult cases with clarity and support

Sessions are guided by your needs and clinical goals, not a rigid agenda.

A Note on Support & Fit

Supervision should feel supportive, grounding, and growth-oriented. If you are seeking a supervisor who values collaboration, thoughtful feedback, and clinical integrity—and who understands the emotional weight of trauma work—this may be a good fit.

Supervision is not approached as a power dynamic, but as a professional partnership rooted in mutual respect.

Supervision is a space to learn, not to prove yourself.
