Payment & Scheduling Policies

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Accepted forms of payment include:

• Credit and debit cards
• HSA/FSA cards
• Cash

Receipts and superbills are available upon request.

Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, and missed appointments may be subject to fees based on your clinician's scheduling policy. Details regarding notice requirements and applicable fees will be provided during the informed consent process and included in your intake paperwork.

As clinicians within EMDR Counseling Collective maintain independent practices, scheduling and cancellation policies may vary by provider.
