Overview

Transcendence Counseling DBA EMDR Counseling Collective may offer SMS (text message) communication for administrative and informational purposes. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Transcendence Counseling in accordance with these Messaging Terms.

Providing your mobile number is optional.

Types of Messages You May Receive

Text messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Appointment confirmations or rescheduling notifications

  • Billing or account notifications

  • Administrative communications related to your care

You may opt in or out of notifications for appointment reminders, incomplete documents, cancelations or general communication. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and communication needs.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Transcendence Counseling is not responsible for carrier fees.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS communications by:

  • Entering your mobile number in our intake forms

  • Checking the SMS consent box

  • Providing documented verbal consent

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required to receive therapy services.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:
