Learn to understand your emotions, trust yourself, and build healthier relationships.
You don't have to keep second-guessing yourself. Maybe you've become so focused on taking care of everyone else that you've lost touch with your own needs.
You say yes when you want to say no. You replay conversations long after they're over. You worry about disappointing people, avoid conflict, and often look to others for reassurance before trusting your own instincts.
Over time, it can become difficult to know what you're actually feeling—or what you truly want.
This therapist-led group offers a supportive place to reconnect with yourself, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop the confidence to make decisions that reflect your values rather than your fears.

Meet Your Facilitator - Traci Andes, LCSW, RN
Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Registered Nurse
Traci believes our emotions aren't problems to eliminate—they're valuable sources of information. Too often, people learn to dismiss, minimize, or second-guess what they're feeling in order to keep the peace, meet others' expectations, or avoid conflict. Over time, that disconnect can make it difficult to know what you truly need, where your boundaries belong, or even who you are outside of caring for everyone else.
Her approach is warm, curious, and deeply relational. Rather than teaching people to "control" their emotions, Traci helps them learn to understand them. She creates a space where participants can slow down, notice patterns, practice healthier ways of relating, and discover that vulnerability doesn't have to come at the expense of safety.
As both a licensed clinical social worker and registered nurse, Traci brings a unique understanding of how emotional experiences affect both the mind and body. She integrates attachment theory, nervous system awareness, mindfulness, and interpersonal process to help people move from self-criticism toward greater self-compassion and authenticity.
Some of the most meaningful moments in group happen when someone says, 'I thought I was the only one who felt that way.' Watching people move from isolation and self-doubt toward greater self-understanding and connection is one of my favorite parts of this work.
