A Therapy Group for Healthcare & Helping Professionals

Caring for others is meaningful work—but it can also be emotionally demanding.
This six-week therapist-led group is designed for professionals who spend their days supporting others and need a space where they don't have to be the strong one. Together, you'll explore the impact of chronic stress, compassion fatigue, and the emotional weight of helping while building practical strategies for protecting your well-being and sustaining the work you care about.

Making Sense of Belief
Religious Deconstruction & Spiritual Exploration
Questioning long-held beliefs can be both freeing and unsettling. This therapist-led group is designed for adults exploring faith transitions, religious deconstruction, or changes in their spiritual identity. Whether you're grieving the loss of a faith community, redefining your beliefs, or searching for a new sense of meaning, you don't have to navigate those questions alone.

Safe & Grounded: Preparing for Trauma Therapy
A Foundations Group for EMDR & Trauma Recovery
Facilitated by Traci Andes, LCSW, RN

This therapist-led group is designed for adults who are considering trauma-focused therapy, preparing for EMDR, or wanting to better understand how trauma affects the brain and nervous system. Together, you'll learn why your responses make sense, develop skills for managing overwhelm, and build confidence before beginning deeper trauma work.
